The Singapore Sports School Bowling Academy is looking for a driven, forward-thinking and athlete-centric coach to develop the next generation of national champions.
Working in close partnership with the Singapore Bowling Federation (SBF), our Academy has a strong track record of grooming elite bowlers. Design and deliver progressive, high-performance training and competition plans for Centre of Excellence (COE) and NDS student-athletes, while anchored on long-term athlete development principles.
Drive performance outcomes through purposeful planning, data-informed adjustments and high-quality on-lane coaching.
Track, analyse and communicate progress of each student-athlete, providing clear and regular updates to student-athletes and their parents.
Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to align programmes with national pathways and objectives.
Champion holistic development, supporting student-athletes in balancing sporting excellence with academic and character growth.
If you are:
Driven and committed to unlocking young athletes’ potential.
Athlete-centred and engaging, able to connect with and inspire student-athletes.
Passionate about long-term talent development, not just short-term wins.
Collaborative and professional, thriving in a high-expectation, team-based environment.
