Commercial Sales Consultant

 An established premium design and lifestyle resource in Singapore, Space has further raised the standards of contract solutions with recent completion of large-scale projects from residential to workplaces and even the aviation sector. The Space commercial team works alongside the best architects, designers and developers in the industry.

With our Bencoolen Street showroom positioned as Space Asia Hub of a gross area of over 40,000 sq ft, Space Furniture is currently seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

·       Champion our brands to the design community through sales visit, in house trade events and similar initiatives.

·       Develop deep, meaningful connections with our clients and teammates as a project leader, confidant, team player, concierge, and contributor. Collaborate with architects/designers on their projects, to achieve (or even enhance) their design intents, project schedule and budgetary constraints.

·       Develop varying strategies in achieving sales targets.

·       Fulfil to and possibly, beyond client briefs and enquiries and respond to all quotations, proposals, tender submissions required

Requirements:

·       Experience in luxury furniture, kitchen and wardrobe systems or interior design consultancies / FF&E / architecture / product design fields are an added advantage.

·       Posses natural hunter abilities with the capability of converting opportunities to sales.

·       Proficient in MS Office. Ability to read CAD drawings and FF&E Specifications.

·       Diploma Holder or its equivalent, preferably design trained.

·       Pleasant personality with an appreciation of the work ethics required in the high end furniture and design industry.

·       Good presentation ability with strong and clear communication skills

·       An initiative and hands-on personality when collaborating with architects/designers.

·       A team player with a strong desire to learn, progress and contribute.
