About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at a major packaging plant in Singapore. This role is critical in ensuring smooth plant operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing multiple production departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage two core departments: Extrusion (Blow Film) and Conversion (Packing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in line with company standards.
• Participate in annual budgeting for production, headcount, and capex investments.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and foster a culture of safety.

The Talent

• 5-6 years of experience in operations management within packaging, consumer goods, or medical industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, manual environment with evolving systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
