Location: Bedok
Salary: Up to $2300/mth
Duration: Immediate - 3 to 6 months (can extend / convert)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls OR emails
Answer calls through system with headsets, write down enquiries in system, assist customers over the phone, write in system things advised
Training provided

Requirements:

Some customer service experience required

Tech-savvy to use Customer Service software
