Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic leasing plans for assigned retail (e.g., shopping malls, lifestyle precincts) or commercial (e.g., Grade A offices, business parks) properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Proactively source, identify, and secure potential tenants that align with the asset's positioning and target tenant mix.
  • Lead end-to-end leasing negotiations, from initial viewing to finalising Letter of Intent (LOI) and Tenancy Agreement (TA) terms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing tenants, potential tenants, and leasing agents.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor tenant performance, lease expiry profiles, and identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular leasing reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities, offers, and agreements in the CRM system.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of proven leasing experience, specifically within the Singapore retail or commercial property market.
  • Essential: Prior experience working for a reputable property developer, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), or a leading real estate consultancy.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully leasing retail (F&B, fashion, entertainment) or commercial (office, business park) spaces, with a focus on achieving and exceeding financial targets.
  • Strong existing network of contacts with retailers, F&B operators, corporate tenants, and leasing agents in Singapore.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Ability to think strategically about tenant mix, positioning, and long-term asset value creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
