We are an expanding ERP and AI Automation company seeking motivated fresh graduates and junior candidates with no working experiences to join our sales team.
You will play a key role in helping businesses digitalise using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, workflow automation, and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads
Identify customer needs and propose ERP / AI solutions
2.Client Engagement
Conduct product demos with support from technical consultants
Build strong customer relationships and follow up with prospects
3. Learning & Product Knowledge
Undergo structured training on ERP, CRM, and AI workflow automation
Participate in internal coaching and sales skill development
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and webinars
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates - O level / N level / Diploma with minimum working experience are welcomed
Strong interest in sales, technology, and digital transformation
Good communication skills (spoken & written)
Self-driven, hardworking, and willing to lear
Positive attitude, resilience, and confidence
Good-to-Have (Optional)
Background in Business, IT, Constructions , Supply Chain, or related fields
Industry exposure in Manufacturing, Construction, or Precision Engineering
Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems or workflow automation
Ability to engage senior stakeholders such as directors and managerslient Engagement
