Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7am - 4.30pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Preschool Cook to prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen environment. If you enjoy cooking and take pride in supporting children’s nutrition, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals and snacks according to the centre’s menu and ECDA nutritional guidelines.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items and kitchen equipment.

• Manage grocery shopping and ensure all ingredients purchased are fresh and of high quality.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including equipment, appliances, and storage areas.

Requirements

• WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory).

• Physically able to perform kitchen duties, including bending, lifting, and reaching.

• Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.

• Prior experience in a preschool/ childcare setting is an advantage.
