Work Hours: Mon to Thurs (9.30am - 6pm); Fri until 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities, including supplier coordination, procurement, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Zoho and NOVA.
Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost-effective procurement.
Handle 3rd-party vendor management, including contracts, bids, and service evaluation.
Oversee customs, tax clearance, and compliance with government regulations.
Support Commercial, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operational cycles.
Implement and monitor contracts, processes, and company policies.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by CEO or Finance Head.
Requirements:
Only for Singaporeans.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication.
Diploma, Degree or qualification in Logistics, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Zoho, NOVA, or other inventory systems is a plus.
Ability to develop reports, tools, and systems to support business decisions.
