Roles & Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned SEA region. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales support. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs. Build strong relationships with key accounts (retailers, distributors).
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on fishing trends.

Job Requirement :

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in fishing equipment or related industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the SEA market and fishing culture.
• Min diploma and above.
• Willingness to travel within SEA.
• Sales and result oriented
