Job Description

Join our team and assist the QEHS Manager to support and administer the Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems within the precious metal industry. You will help facilitate audits, maintain documentation, support continual improvement initiatives, and work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting internal and external audit activities (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

• Assisting in incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups

• Maintaining QEHS documentation and records on SharePoint

• Conducting training and awareness sessions

• Ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Chemistry, Metal Casting, or Operational Processes

• Must be in good shape

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude

• Knowledge of QEHS or Integrated Management Systems including Quality, Safety, Health, and Continuous Improvement

• Risk Management certification (optional)

• Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001

• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification or Diploma preferred

• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels
