* Portfolio: Residential leasing
* Minimum experience: 5 years
* Open to: Pure Big 4 with no commercial experience, or pure commercial with no Big 4 experience if they have diversified valuation of company assets


Responsibilities :

• Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
• Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
• Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
• Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
• Develop business case for re-development and asset enhancement initiatives
• Provide management with forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends
• Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
• Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team
• Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Big 4 accounting firms and commercial roles, including at least 2 years of in-depth experience in an FP&A position. (The ideal candidate is someone who has spent a few years at a Big 4 firm and then moved to the commercial side to deepen their FP&A expertise.)
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills for liaise with different stakeholders within organization.
• Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
• Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
