Retail Supervisor : Basic 2600  + Bonus + Commission  

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our retail team. Immediate openings are available for both Retail Associates and Retail Supervisors. Candidates will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth store operations.

Job Responsibilities

Retail Associate

• Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer feedback and provide solutions promptly.

• Support stock replenishment and inventory management.

Retail Supervisor

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance.

• Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising standards.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.

• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and store administration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec or equivalent.

• Previous retail experience preferred (associates/fresh graduates also welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervisory experience for the Retail Supervisor role is an advantage
