8:30am to 5:30pm / 8:30pm to 5:30am (Monthly Rotating Shift)
5 days mon to fri
- Ensure all inventory records are accurate and updated in the system (ERP)
- Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly counts, and monthly/quarterly stock takes
- Track slow-moving, expired, damaged, and blocked stock, and proposed actions
- Lead, train and supervise the inventory control team
- Work closely with operations, supplier to ensure seamless in inventory flow
- Develop and enhance inventory SOPs and best practices
- Identify opportunities to reduce errors, increase accuracy, and optimize space utilization
