Summary

• Basic $4000 + Commission + Bonus

• 5 Days, 9am-6pm

• Location: East Region

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and material selections for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare detailed layout plans, 3D renderings, and technical drawings.

• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, colours, and finishes.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design accuracy, and resolve on-site issues.

• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations, and timelines.

• Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, building regulations, and company guidelines.

• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Present design proposals to clients and handle revisions based on feedback.

Requirements

• Candidate with at least 4 year experience in residential & commercial project are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp is preferred.
