Responsibilities:

·        Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of CRM systems across various markets.

·        Design and standardize sales processes, including customer segmentation and targeting models.

·        Collaborate with regional IT to ensure CRM enhancements and troubleshoot issues.

·        Develop sales dashboards and reports to provide insights and KPIs for leadership and sales teams.

·        Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity metrics.

·        Generate actionable insights from sales reports and market data for strategic decision-making.

·        Assess competency gaps and develop training programs tailored for sales teams.

·        Partner with Marketing and Medical Affairs to align on customer engagement strategies and campaigns.

·        Support commercial leadership with business planning and annual budgeting.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.

·        A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial excellence or sales operations within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.

·        Proven experience with Sales Force CRM, including its implementation and reporting capabilities.

·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into strategic insights.

·        Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·        Experience working in diverse cultures and markets is an advantage.

·        Regional experience in Southeast Asia preferred.
