As HR and Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR and Operations department. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience and the ability to work effectively with internal and external counterparts to ensure smooth execution of all operation.
Job Responsibilities:
HR
- Full spectrum of HR function, including payroll, HR systems, employee benefits, recruitment.
- Office renovation, photocopier, CCTVs.
- Managing Job portals
- On and offboarding of staff
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of workers’ data.
- KPI setting and review
- Keep Admin-related SOPs updated on a periodic basis.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Operations
- Order processing, ensure accuracy of sales invoices and quantity.
- Provide day-to-day logistical support to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
- Liaise with suppliers to monitor incoming shipments, ensuring stock level is sufficient
- Inventory management
- Manage Logistics operations vendors
- Blanket PO and Tender management
- Preparation of annual GDPMDS audit and documentations
- Assist in yearly audit
- WSH, ensure safety and compliance to MOM regulations.

Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of experience
· Singaporean/PR
· Knowledge in QuickHR/Xero software
· Proactive and meticulous
· Strong understanding of HR operations and excellent communication skills
· Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain administration
· Adaptability, positive attitude and show willingness to learn.
· Customer service oriented attitude.
