Private Wealth Operations Analyst (Bonds, Equities, Funds) - #1128329

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end settlement of wealth management products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits, DCIs, etc.)

• Process Corporate Actions, perform position reconciliation, and prepare client statements

• Participate in system UAT and act as trainer for new system enhancements

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen operational risk controls

• Manage SWIFT Alliance System, including processing and releasing SWIFT payments

• Handle issues relating to remittances and deposits, ensuring timely resolution

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational matters

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Private Banking / PWM Operations

• Strong knowledge of settlement processes and operational workflow within banking

• Experience with Avaloq is an advantage

• Self-motivated, independent, and strong interpersonal/communication skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking head office counterparts
