Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Work with hiring managers to understand job needs and ideal candidates.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.

• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

• Screen and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.

• Advise hiring managers on hiring practices and market trends.

• Improve recruitment processes and keep ATS records updated.

• Promote the company’s brand through hiring activities and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Min 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from an in-house or agency environment.

• Proficient in using ATS platforms and conducting recruitment data analysis.

• Familiar with employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence tools.

• Good understanding of MOM regulations and TAFEP guidelines.
