We are looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resource Assistant (Recruitment) to support our retail hiring operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail talent across our store network, ensuring a smooth, efficient and pleasant experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain and update applicant tracking
Liaising with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
Assist in planning, organising and executing employee engagement activities and welfare programmes
Assist in updating employee benefits programme and training programmes
Handle staff queries
Coordinate with benefit providers and ensure timely enrolment
Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure proper filing of documents
Key Requirements
Min. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment
Required Skill(s): Effective oral and written communication skills, General knowledge of various employment laws and practices, Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programmes
Preferably Entry Level specialised in Human Resources or equivalent
