Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-Site Installation Engineer to support the installation and supervision of cabling and network systems at construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a sound understanding of project milestones, and a hands-on approach to site coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system design, planning and implementation of video surveillance / camera system as per clients' & projects' requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and provide regular project updates to clients.

• Attend site surveys and provide technical documents & timely reports to superiors for quotation preparation.

• Supervise on-site cabling installation activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.

• Monitor project milestones and ensure progress aligns with the established schedule.

• Manage and support both on-site and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure proper cable routing and usage of appropriate containment materials.

• Maintain high safety standards and compliance with site regulations.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Prepare and manage site documentation, including Permit to Work, Risk Assessment, and Method of Statement.

• Provide support during critical periods, with a willingness to go the extra mile when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or similar discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling site work, supervision of subcontractor, installation of CCTV

• Familiar with Video Surveillance / Camera System / Security System / AutoCAD or BIM 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors 

• Comfortable to perform night work if required
