The Plattering Co. Pte Ltd, known for its beautiful grazing tables and creative catering buffet setup displays, sharing platters, bowls and bentos and unique catering setups. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to help us grow our brand and generate new business leads.
The Marketing Executive will support our marketing and sales efforts by driving lead generation, creating engaging content, and managing digital marketing campaigns. This role blends creativity with analytics — ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, and measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead GenerationDevelop and execute strategies to attract new catering clients (corporate, weddings, and private events).
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to track leads and nurture potential clients.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and event promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Write blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials highlighting services, menus, and events.
Develop photo and video content in collaboration with photographers and chefs.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with consistent posting and engagement.
Track analytics to measure content performance and optimize future campaigns.
Assist in planning and promoting company participation in food fairs, expos, and local events.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all materials.
Support the creation of marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, proposals, etc.).
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food, hospitality, or events industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar).
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic photo/video editing skills a plus.
Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) preferred.
