About Our Client

Our client is a renowned company in the corporate gifting industry, known for its premium packaging and high-quality products.

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5 days

• Working Hour: 9:30am-6pm

• Working Location: 31 Harrison Rd, #09-01/02, Singapore 369649 (Tai Seng MRT)

• Salary Range: $2,500-$2,600

• Annual Leave 14 days, Company Variable Bonus, Individual Performance Bonus

What you'll be doing?

• Gift Preparation & Assembly: Prepare and assemble alcohol gift sets, ensuring premium presentation quality.

• Corporate Order Support: Assist the sales team with order processing and packaging requirements.

• Coordination & Logistics: Work closely with the warehouse to manage stock, picking, packing, and delivery timelines.

• Administrative Support: Update internal sheets, help with customer enquiries, and organize digital files.

• Quality Control: Conduct QC checks on products and custom prints to ensure accuracy and quality.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience: Experience in packing, operations, merchandising, or administrative roles is preferred.

• Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel) and comfortable handling premium bottles and fragile goods.

• Characteristics: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work efficiently during peak seasons.

• Team Player: Good team player who communicates well with sales and warehouse.
