Our client is seeking a On-trade Account Manager to join their team!

As an On-trade Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across bars, restaurants, hotels, and clubs. You will maintain strong client relationships, grow brand presence, and achieve sales targets for premium spirits, wines, and champagnes.

Our client is a leading company in the alcohol distribution industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their clients.
Other Information:
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9:30am-6pm
Working Location: 31 Harrison Rd, #09-01/02, Singapore 369649 (Tai Seng MRT)
Salary Range: $2,500-$2,800 + Commission
Annual Leave 14 days, Company Variable Bonus, Individual Performance Bonus
What you'll be doing?
Sales & Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of on-trade accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with outlet managers, buyers, and bartenders.
Route-to-Market Execution: Conduct regular outlet visits, ensure timely placement of promotional items, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery of orders.
Brand Activation Support: Work with the events team on in-outlet activations, tasting sessions, and promotional nights, and support the creation of product menus and promotional collaterals.
Administration & Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and track KPIs such as sales volume, GTO, SKU penetration, and new outlet openings.
Who are they looking for?
Experience: Experience in F&B, beverage sales, or hospitality is preferred. Existing on-trade contacts are a big advantage.
Skills: Proficient in WhatsApp communication, Excel/Sheets, and simple CRM usage. Comfortable with occasional late-night client meetings.
Characteristics: Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Able to work independently with initiative.
