Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities and comprehensive cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tenders.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

• Source and qualify subcontractors and suppliers, building a robust network for reliable cost estimations.

• Collaborate closely with internal engineering and procurement teams

• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory tender requirements

• Perform thorough post-tender evaluations and provide essential support during contract negotiation phases.

• Conduct post-tender evaluations and support contract negotiations

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, with proven track record in LTA and PUB tenders
