Job Detail:

Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000

5.5 Working day: Mon - Fri 8.15am - 5pm, Saturday 8.15am - 12.15pm

Location: Senoko (Woodland)

Job Description:

• Involve in ISO22000 or FSSC22000 dealing with Frozen Meat

• Perform routine quality checks & inspections on all incoming products

• Conduct checks on the production raw materials, production, and company trucks

• Generate reports and maintain quality assurance records

• Ensuring products adherence to Singapore food regulations

• Report non-conformances to QA manager for investigation & corrective action

• Resolve quality issues/customer feedback with the team

• Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation

• Provide food quality & food safety related assistance to other departments

• Point of contact for product certifications / documents request

• Specialise in food halal matters (part of the Halal team)

• Performa internal audit to ensure company’s standard compliance

• Process monitoring – GMP/Pest Control/Hygiene/Safety in the company’s compound

• Conduct training to production team
