Your Mission

  • Lead supplier quality audits in alignment with IATF16949 / ISO9001 standards

  • Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and 8D problem-solving for robust, sustainable solutions

  • Manage APQP and PPAP activities for new product introductions and supplier qualifications

  • Resolve complex quality challenges related to PCB/PCBA, GD&T, SPC, DFMEA, and PFMEA

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier capability and long-term performance

  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

  • 5–8 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within the Automotive or Electronics industry

  • Certified IATF16949 Lead Auditor preferred

  • Strong knowledge of PCBA, GD&T, SPC, APQP, PPAP principles and tools

  • Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma problem-solving

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for supplier audits and development activities
