Client Advisor / Senior (Luxury Fashion) - #1128141

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a luxury experience from first contact

• Advise clients on our collections, showcasing deep product knowledge and storytelling

• Drive sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service

• Cultivate long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up

• Support daily operations including stock handling, visual merchandising, and order processing

• Uphold brand presentation and boutique standards at all times

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury retail or fashion.

• Self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and additional languages (is an added advantage)
