Duration: 3-4 months, Maternity Coverage

Working Location: Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with admin tasks such as data entry and database management

• Prepare reports

• Support other teams with ad hoc tasks as needed

• Make outbound calls to patients and handle objections professionally

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office especially VLOOKUP and pivot table

• Prior Experience in the service industry will be an advantage

• Entry level are welcome to apply.
