Job Summary

The Service Advisor serves as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, managing all frontline interactions, assessing service needs, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth and accurate repair processes. This role ensures timely communication, quality service delivery, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries regarding commercial vehicle servicing and repairs.

• Assess customer-reported issues and translate them into clear job orders for the workshop technicians.

• Prepare repair estimates and quotations, explaining service recommendations to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Coordinate with technicians on job status and update customers accordingly.

• Generate invoices and collect payments upon service completion.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update service data in internal systems.

• Support overall workshop operations by working closely with the service team to close operational gaps and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of experience in automotive service, workshop operations, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

• Team player with a proactive, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.

• Min Secondary School education.
