Purpose and Scope

• The Site Engineer – M&E is responsible for overseeing the installation, coordination, and quality assurance of mechanical and electrical systems on-site within built environment projects. This role ensures that M&E works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The engineer collaborates with contractors, consultants, and other site personnel to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, and support efficient project delivery.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications

• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc

• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works

• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in construction industry

• Candidate should carry a proactive attitude.

• Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.

• Due to the sensitive project nature, only Singaporean will be considered.
