LOGISTICS AND DELIVERY ASSISTANT - #1128067

ABOUT THE ROLE

Toko Warisan is expanding our backend operations as we continue to serve modern Muslim families across Singapore. We are looking for a Logistics and Delivery Assistant who will be based at our warehouse and support both warehouse operations and in-house deliveries. This is a hands-on, stable and systematic role suitable for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and contributing to the smooth operations of a fast-growing halal retail brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Warehouse Operations - Picking, packing, and preparing orders for stores and online fulfilment

• Receiving deliveries, unloading goods, physical counting and documentation

• Storing inventory in assigned locations and maintaining warehouse organisation

• Stock-taking, replenishment, expiry checks, and updating inventory records

• Ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance within the warehouse

• Supporting shipping preparation and outbound orders

• Delivery Responsibilities

• Conducting in-house or ad-hoc deliveries to outlets or customers

• Ensuring safe, timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Ensuring proper loading/unloading with care

• Performing basic delivery documentation and verification

• Maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to road safety

General Duties

• Supporting warehouse team when not driving

• Operating warehouse equipment (reach truck/forklift) — advantage if certified

• Any other warehouse or delivery-related duties assigned by the Logistics Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Physically fit (able to lift up to 15kg)

• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable with warehouse routines and physical work

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to perform OT when required

• Preferably experienced in logistics or warehouse operation

• Must-Have (Delivery Component)

• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence

• Clean driving record

• Good to Have

• Reach Truck or Forklift licence (advantage but not mandatory)

• Experience using MS Office or Warehouse Management Systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1–2 years’ warehouse or logistics experience preferred

• Secondary level and above

• Strong sense of responsibility and organisation
