Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure, Civil) - #1128036

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and cost analyses.

• Support tender evaluations, feasibility studies, and value engineering.

• Review drawings and specifications to identify cost impacts and risks.

• Manage project cost control, measurements, and valuation of work done.

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, re-measurements, and final accounts.

• Track project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.

• Review subcontractor performance and certify payment claims.

• Administer contract terms and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

• Support pricing negotiations and change management with clients/subcontractors.

• Identify contractual risks, delays, and claims, and assist with documentation.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to verify quantities and progress.

• Maintain accurate cost records, procurement documents, and project correspondence.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Years of QS experience; exposure to geotechnical, foundation, or infrastructure work is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts

• Proficient in cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment
