Responsibilities
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to address issues and ensure successful outcomes.
· Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
· Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Sales Director and other senior management.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Provide regular status reports to the Sales Director and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree in any field.
· A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry. Deep knowledge and network in semiconductor, life sciences or medical market.
