Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inspection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting new vehicles upon arrival from the port, ensuring they meet company standards, documenting any discrepancies, and preparing them for the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) stage. This is a hands-on role critical to maintaining the quality and readiness of our vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect newly arrived vehicles from port according to company checklists.

• Verify vehicle information: VIN, model, color, and optional equipment against shipping documentation.

• Conduct initial functional checks: battery, lights, horn, wipers, fluids, tires, and interior/exterior condition, according to company checklists.

• Identify and report damage, dents, scratches, or missing accessories.

• To install vehicles accessories as and when necessary.

• Document inspection results accurately in systems.

• Support process improvement initiatives for inbound vehicle inspection procedures.

Requirements

• Certification or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive inspection or vehicle processing.

• Knowledge of vehicle components and basic diagnostics.

• Detail-oriented with strong observational and documentation skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
