Job Description
Customer Service:
Primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and customer service issues.
Manage and maintain accurate customer data, accounts, and activity records in the CRM system.
Monitor system usage, generate reports, and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations teams and various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Implement CRM enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements.
Track customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution when required.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
ACCOUNTS:
Assist on the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma and above.
Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
Minimum 3 years super-user experience with major CRM systems is required.
Strong team player, and a self-driven individual with a positive attitude.
Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Group accounting knowledge and skills, added advantage.
Meticulous oriented and good with numbers.
