  • Experience in working in the Air cargo / International Express Industry.




Tasks & responsibilities


  • Responding to customer queries

  • Coordination with operations and accounts

  • Cargo tracing and tracking

  • Data Entry

  • Speaking to Customer and Suppliers

  • Filing and handling phone calls

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Manager
