Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO.
Provide support to the daily activities of the Chairman including emails and meeting arrangement.
Prepare reports, documents and presentation materials to be used by the CEO including co-ordination.
Arrange internal and external meetings
Handle travel arrangements – flight reservation, hotel accommodation, visa applications etc.
Attend to the CEO personal work.
Any other duties as required by the CEO
Can be travelling frequently
Explore business opportunity
Follow-up on sales enquiries email
Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma/degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in construction industry
Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
Proficient with MS Office.
