About the role
This full-time Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) role is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading provider of freight forwarding. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in growing the company's customer base and driving revenue through effective sales and relationship management.
What you'll be doing
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, outreach, and sales visits
Promote the company’s international air and sea freight forwarding services
Build and manage customer accounts to achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare monthly sales reports and conduct basic market/competitor research
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processes from pickup to delivery
Handle day-to-day sales coordination and customer follow-ups
Maintain strong customer satisfaction through timely communication and service support
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the freight forwarding / logistics / shipping industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
