Planning Executive, Material Production (1-year contract)

Location: Hillview Avenue, Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,500/month + 1-month completion bonus
Contract: 1 year (no extension)

We are seeking a Planning Executive to manage production planning and material forecasting for mechanical and electrical industries. This role focuses on aligning material supply with production requirements, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan materials required for production in line with schedules and inventory targets.

• Generate Purchase Requisitions and Production Orders using SAP.

• Track order status; expedite or defer deliveries to meet production needs.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve supply chain issues.

• Analyse demand trends and supply risks to prevent disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning or related supply chain roles.

• Proficiency in SAP (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required).

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Off-shore Marine, or Semiconductor industries preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
