Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team focused on maintaining optimal functionality of facilities and ensuring a safe environment. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including repairs, equipment management, and monitoring systems to support a secure atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance of premises and equipment.

• Manage visitor entrance and departure to ensure a safe environment.

• Prepare and arrange rooms for various functions within the facilities.

• Assist in the movement and labeling of assets.

• Ensure key facilities are operational and coordinate external maintenance when necessary.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to the designated Reporting Officer.

• Oversee inventory management processes.

• Operate the Fire Command Centre, monitor CCTV systems, and respond to fire safety alarms while addressing security concerns.

• Participate in the facilities' Fire Safety Committee and support operations during any fire-related incidents.

• Adhere to safety precautions in all work activities.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in engineering or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work on a staggered schedule, including weekends and public holidays (5 workdays per week).
