Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory quantities, expiration dates, and storage locations for the assigned operations team; ensure safe stacking and safe storage of goods.

• Ensure smooth daily operation processes and compliant operation practices for assigned tasks, maintain order and efficiency, and ensure on-time fulfillment.

• Plan daily staffing based on workload, allocate tasks within the team reasonably, maintain fairness, ensure adherence to standard operating requirements and training, cultivate team awareness, and improve efficiency and productivity.

• Standardize the storage of goods in the warehouse; monitor daily damage, inventory discrepancies, and expiration discrepancies; control and reduce daily operational losses.

• Emphasize 6S management in the site and warehouse area, creating a neat, orderly storage environment and a professional onsite appearance for personnel.

• Complete other reasonable temporary tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of warehouse operations management experience

• Experienced leading a team, experience operating WMS systems
