Responsibilities:-
• Assist in performing purchasing activities which include sourcing, process Purchase Orders, price negotiation
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
• Assist on daily administrative activities and documentation works
• Manage work pass matters
• File Keeping and system data key in
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:-
• Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
• Knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Meticulous and willing to learn
• Good working attitude
