About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment for clients. You will partner with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both clients and jobseekers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people engagement, consultative work, and a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across assigned industries

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements

• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advisory

Candidate Sourcing & Placement

• Drive the full 360 recruitment process—from sourcing to placement

• Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability

• Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination

• Build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, referrals, and networking

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities

• Present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms

• Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Operational Excellence

• Ensure timely updates on recruitment trackers and CRM systems

• Deliver high service standards and meet placement KPIs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field with 1–3 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience preferred

• Possessing CEI license would be an advantage.
