About the role

As a Project Engineer/Coordinator (Fire Protection) at CHAO SHENG FIRE PROTECTION WORKS PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of fire protection projects. This full-time position is based in the Bedok East Region and will involve overseeing the coordination and implementation of fire protection systems in various construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the installation and testing of fire protection equipment and systems

• Liaising with workers, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project compliance, timely completion and installation works

• Preparing project documentation, submission, reports, and progress updates

• Monitoring project budgets and costs to maintain financial control

• Identifying and resolving any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the project

• Providing technical support and guidance to the project team

• Ensuring the projects adhere to all relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or coordination role, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry

• Strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
