Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining the brand’s high standards of presentation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

• Operate the POS system accurately for transactions and returns

• Assist with stock management, including receiving and replenishment

• Support promotional activities and in-store events

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Uphold brand image and deliver a premium shopping experience

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in fashion and luxury retail

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
