Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to meet quality standards.
Ensure consistency in product size, texture, and taste across daily production.
Handle mise en place, fillings, and finishing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow established recipes and SOPs to maintain artisanal standards.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the work area and equipment.
Support daily production schedules, manage ingredients efficiently, and reduce wastage.
Experience in lamination or Viennoiserie production is an advantage (training provided).
