• Support staff in caring for the residents under their charge, in accordance with the training received under the Industry Skills Certificate, Institute of Technical Education, or other similar approved programmes.

• Support staff in providing daily care and assistance to residents.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the Residents’ Living Area (RLA) and ensuring that infection control practices are strictly adhered to.
