As an Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software applications, and maintain network and server infrastructure, including administration of Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint systems.

• Manage NAS backups and Acronis cloud backup solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to networks, servers, and IT security.

• Contribute to IT initiatives such as system upgrades and infrastructure improvement projects.

• Support IT-related audit activities by preparing required documentation and assisting with compliance checks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer related

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in servers maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing and failover.

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in servers and cybersecurity related support

• Experienced in Disaster recovery (DRP), Business continuity (BCP), server and network security.

• Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL or any Database.

• Team Viewer Remote Support

• Experienced in first level ERP system support if any
