Our client specializes in producing a wide range of products for the food industry including oil, noodles, dairy products, and more within the ASEAN region. They are currently looking for a Baker.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Handle the daily preparation and production of cake product samples
- Perform a baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products
- Create new product prototypes and recipe formulation, including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products based on food taste test results/experimentation
- Handle the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes
- Conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products/recipes
- Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools
- Decorate finished products
- Assist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure they are relevant to the current needs of the target customer

【Requirements & Preferences】

(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 3 years of cake-baking experience
- Comfortable to handle all kinds of ingredients, including non-halal products
- Possess knowledge of baking skills and techniques
- Possess a passion for baking and a positive attitude
- Creative and innovative
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
