Business Development Manager (AI Data Centre, Immersion Cooling, Up to $12k) - #1127805

Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing and go-to-market strategies for immersion cooling and AI data center solutions.

• Position our offerings against traditional air-cooling and other liquid/immersion cooling alternatives.

• Produce marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital/LinkedIn content.

• Plan and run demand-generation activities including campaigns, webinars, and events to support lead acquisition and partner engagement.

• Manage website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, including coordination of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic analytics (directly or via agencies).

• Support sales teams and partners with marketing materials, proposals, and joint marketing initiatives.

• Represent the company in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as a credible technical-marketing spokesperson.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience in cooling systems and hardware for datacentres

• Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales and technical/engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of data center environments involving AI

• Familiarity with different cooling technologies and their pros and cons

• Awareness of the broader ecosystem, including potential collaborators and customers.
